1. About these terms

These Terms govern your use of jokiblox.com, the JokiBlox Agent Roblox Studio plugin, desktop bridge and related services (the “Service”), provided by JokiBlox (“we”, “us”). By joining the waitlist or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

JokiBlox is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. You must also follow Roblox’s Terms of Use and Community Standards when using the Service.

2. Waitlist & early-bird offer

  1. The Service is in pre-launch. Public launch is planned for November 2026; dates and features may change.
  2. Waitlist members receive 20% off any paid subscription for the first 12 billing months, provided they subscribe within 30 days after public launch using the email registered on the waitlist.
  3. The offer is one per person, non-transferable, has no cash value, does not apply to token top-ups and cannot be combined with other discounts unless we say so.
  4. Bonus tokens promised to waitlist members are credited once, on account creation, and expire like plan tokens.
  5. We may refuse or cancel waitlist entries that are fake, duplicated or automated.

3. Eligibility & accounts

  1. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for any purchase.
  2. Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We will never ask for your Roblox password.

4. Subscriptions & tokens

  1. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars, and renew automatically until cancelled. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Payments in other currencies use the exchange rate of the payment provider.
  2. Each plan includes a monthly token allowance. Tokens are usage credits for the Service only: they have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and are not money or e-money.
  3. Plan tokens expire at the end of each billing month, except that Pro and Studio plans roll unused plan tokens over for one additional month. Top-up tokens remain valid while your account is active.
  4. Token costs shown in the product are estimates; the final amount depends on the task and model used and is shown before you confirm large tasks.
  5. We may change prices or token allowances with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.
  6. Fees charged by Roblox (for example Robux upload fees) are separate and paid by you to Roblox.

5. Cancellation & refunds

  1. You can cancel anytime from your account; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
  2. If you are not happy with your first subscription payment, request a refund within 7 days of that payment, provided you have used less than 10% of that period’s tokens.
  3. Used tokens and used top-ups are non-refundable. Unused top-ups may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
  4. If the Service is unavailable for a long period due to our fault, we will credit tokens or refund the affected period proportionally.
  5. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • clone, copy or re-upload games, assets, models or clothing that you do not own or have no licence to use (remixing is limited to your own places, places whose creators explicitly allow copying, and licensed templates);
  • infringe copyrights, trademarks or other rights, including brands and characters you have no right to use;
  • build exploits, cheats, scam games, phishing, account theft, “free Robux” schemes or anything that breaks Roblox’s Terms of Use or Community Standards;
  • create sexual, hateful, violent-extremist or otherwise harmful content, or content aimed at exploiting minors;
  • attack, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the Service, or share accounts beyond the seats you pay for.

We may block requests, remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Your content & AI output

  1. You keep all rights to the games, scripts and files you bring to the Service (“Input”). As between you and us, you own the output generated for you (“Output”), subject to these Terms and the rights of third parties.
  2. You give us a limited licence to process Input and Output only to provide, secure and support the Service. We do not use your private game files to train AI models.
  3. AI output can be wrong, insecure or similar to output given to others. Review and test every change before publishing. You are responsible for what you publish on Roblox.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Roblox (Studio, Studio MCP server, Open Cloud) and AI model providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek and Moonshot AI. Their availability and terms are outside our control. If you use your own API keys (BYOK), your use of that provider is governed by your agreement with them.

9. Disclaimers & liability

  1. The Service is provided “as is”. Pre-launch and beta features may be unstable. Speed and time figures on our website are estimates or targets, not guarantees.
  2. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost Robux or data, or actions taken by Roblox against your account or games.
  3. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Suspension & termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Sections 7, 9 and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably within 30 days; if that fails, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts of Indonesia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country.

12. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will notify you by email or in the product at least 14 days before it applies. Questions: hello@jokiblox.com.

If there is any inconsistency between the English and Indonesian versions, the Indonesian version prevails for users in Indonesia.

1. Tentang ketentuan ini

Syarat & Ketentuan ini mengatur penggunaan jokiblox.com, plugin Roblox Studio JokiBlox Agent, desktop bridge, dan layanan terkait (“Layanan”) yang disediakan oleh JokiBlox (“kami”). Dengan bergabung ke waitlist atau memakai Layanan, kamu menyetujui Ketentuan ini dan Kebijakan Privasi kami.

JokiBlox adalah produk independen dan tidak berafiliasi, didukung, atau disponsori oleh Roblox Corporation. Kamu juga wajib mematuhi Terms of Use dan Community Standards Roblox saat memakai Layanan.

2. Waitlist & promo early-bird

  1. Layanan masih pra-rilis. Rilis publik direncanakan November 2026; tanggal dan fitur dapat berubah.
  2. Anggota waitlist mendapat diskon 20% untuk langganan berbayar selama 12 bulan tagihan pertama, dengan syarat berlangganan dalam 30 hari setelah rilis publik memakai email yang didaftarkan di waitlist.
  3. Promo berlaku satu kali per orang, tidak dapat dipindahtangankan, tidak dapat diuangkan, tidak berlaku untuk top-up token, dan tidak dapat digabung dengan promo lain kecuali kami menyatakan sebaliknya.
  4. Bonus token untuk anggota waitlist diberikan satu kali saat akun dibuat dan kedaluwarsa seperti token paket.
  5. Kami dapat menolak atau membatalkan pendaftaran waitlist yang palsu, ganda, atau otomatis.

3. Syarat pengguna & akun

  1. Usia minimal 13 tahun. Jika kamu di bawah 18 tahun, kamu hanya boleh memakai Layanan dengan persetujuan dan pengawasan orang tua atau wali, yang bertanggung jawab atas setiap pembelian.
  2. Jaga kerahasiaan data login kamu. Kamu bertanggung jawab atas aktivitas di akunmu. Kami tidak akan pernah meminta password Roblox kamu.

4. Langganan & token

  1. Paket berbayar ditagih di muka, bulanan atau tahunan, dalam dolar AS, dan diperpanjang otomatis sampai dibatalkan. Pajak yang berlaku dapat ditambahkan saat checkout. Pembayaran dalam mata uang lain memakai kurs penyedia pembayaran.
  2. Setiap paket mencakup jatah token bulanan. Token adalah kredit pemakaian khusus untuk Layanan: tidak bernilai uang, tidak dapat dipindahkan atau dijual kembali, dan bukan uang maupun uang elektronik.
  3. Token paket hangus di akhir setiap bulan tagihan, kecuali paket Pro dan Studio yang membawa sisa token paket ke satu bulan berikutnya. Token top-up berlaku selama akun aktif.
  4. Biaya token yang ditampilkan di produk adalah estimasi; jumlah akhir tergantung tugas dan model yang dipakai dan ditampilkan sebelum kamu mengonfirmasi tugas besar.
  5. Kami dapat mengubah harga atau jatah token dengan pemberitahuan minimal 30 hari. Perubahan berlaku mulai perpanjangan berikutnya.
  6. Biaya yang dikenakan Roblox (misalnya biaya upload dalam Robux) terpisah dan kamu bayar langsung ke Roblox.

5. Pembatalan & refund

  1. Kamu dapat membatalkan kapan saja dari akunmu; paket tetap aktif sampai akhir periode yang sudah dibayar.
  2. Jika tidak puas dengan pembayaran langganan pertama, ajukan refund dalam 7 hari sejak pembayaran tersebut, selama token periode itu yang terpakai kurang dari 10%.
  3. Token yang sudah terpakai dan top-up yang sudah dipakai tidak dapat direfund. Top-up yang belum dipakai dapat direfund dalam 7 hari sejak pembelian.
  4. Jika Layanan tidak tersedia dalam waktu lama karena kesalahan kami, kami akan memberikan kredit token atau refund proporsional untuk periode terdampak.
  5. Tidak ada ketentuan di sini yang membatasi hakmu berdasarkan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen yang tidak dapat dikecualikan.

6. Penggunaan yang diperbolehkan

Kamu tidak boleh memakai Layanan untuk:

  • meng-clone, menyalin, atau mengunggah ulang game, aset, model, atau baju yang bukan milikmu atau tidak kamu miliki lisensinya (remix terbatas pada place milikmu, place yang pembuatnya secara jelas mengizinkan penyalinan, dan template berlisensi);
  • melanggar hak cipta, merek dagang, atau hak lain, termasuk merek dan karakter yang tidak boleh kamu pakai;
  • membuat exploit, cheat, game penipuan, phishing, pencurian akun, skema “Robux gratis”, atau apa pun yang melanggar Terms of Use atau Community Standards Roblox;
  • membuat konten seksual, kebencian, ekstremisme kekerasan, atau konten berbahaya lain, termasuk konten yang mengeksploitasi anak;
  • menyerang, membebani, merekayasa balik, atau menjual kembali Layanan, atau berbagi akun melebihi seat yang dibayar.

Kami dapat memblokir permintaan, menghapus konten, atau menangguhkan akun yang melanggar aturan ini.

7. Konten kamu & output AI

  1. Kamu tetap memiliki semua hak atas game, script, dan file yang kamu bawa ke Layanan (“Input”). Antara kamu dan kami, kamu memiliki output yang dihasilkan untukmu (“Output”), dengan tunduk pada Ketentuan ini dan hak pihak ketiga.
  2. Kamu memberi kami lisensi terbatas untuk memproses Input dan Output hanya untuk menyediakan, mengamankan, dan mendukung Layanan. Kami tidak memakai file game privat kamu untuk melatih model AI.
  3. Output AI bisa salah, tidak aman, atau mirip dengan output untuk orang lain. Review dan tes setiap perubahan sebelum publish. Kamu bertanggung jawab atas apa yang kamu publish di Roblox.

8. Layanan pihak ketiga

Layanan bergantung pada pihak ketiga termasuk Roblox (Studio, Studio MCP server, Open Cloud) dan penyedia model AI seperti Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, dan Moonshot AI. Ketersediaan dan ketentuan mereka di luar kendali kami. Jika kamu memakai API key sendiri (BYOK), pemakaian penyedia tersebut diatur oleh perjanjianmu dengan mereka.

9. Penafian & tanggung jawab

  1. Layanan disediakan “sebagaimana adanya”. Fitur pra-rilis dan beta bisa tidak stabil. Angka kecepatan dan waktu di situs kami adalah estimasi atau target, bukan jaminan.
  2. Sejauh diizinkan hukum, kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung, kehilangan keuntungan, kehilangan Robux atau data, atau tindakan Roblox terhadap akun atau game kamu.
  3. Total tanggung jawab kami atas klaim apa pun dibatasi sebesar jumlah yang kamu bayarkan kepada kami dalam 3 bulan sebelum klaim.

10. Penangguhan & pengakhiran

Kamu dapat berhenti memakai Layanan kapan saja. Kami dapat menangguhkan atau mengakhiri akses jika kamu melanggar Ketentuan ini, jika diwajibkan hukum, atau untuk melindungi Layanan atau pengguna lain. Pasal 7, 9, dan 11 tetap berlaku setelah pengakhiran.

11. Hukum yang berlaku

Ketentuan ini diatur oleh hukum Republik Indonesia. Setiap sengketa akan diselesaikan terlebih dahulu secara musyawarah dalam 30 hari; jika gagal, sengketa diselesaikan melalui pengadilan yang berwenang di Indonesia, tanpa mengurangi hak konsumen yang bersifat wajib.

12. Perubahan & kontak

Kami dapat memperbarui Ketentuan ini. Untuk perubahan material, kami akan memberi tahu lewat email atau di produk minimal 14 hari sebelum berlaku. Pertanyaan: hello@jokiblox.com.
