This policy explains how JokiBlox (“we”) handles personal data on jokiblox.com and in the JokiBlox Agent service. We process personal data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022, “UU PDP”) and other applicable laws.
1. Data we collect
- Waitlist form: email, Roblox username, role, Studio experience, goals, problem description, expectations, plan and model preference, country, how you heard about us, language, campaign (UTM) tags and the page you signed up on.
- When the product launches: account details, billing records (handled by our payment provider — we don’t store full card numbers), token usage, and the game files, prompts and outputs you send to the Service.
- Technical data: basic logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) kept by our hosting provider for security. The site stores your language choice in your browser’s local storage. We don’t use advertising cookies.
2. Why we use it
- To manage the waitlist, send launch news and beta invites, and apply your early-bird discount (basis: your consent).
- To decide what to build first, using aggregated answers.
- To provide, secure and support the Service and process payments (basis: performing our contract with you).
- To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your private game files to train AI models.
3. Who we share it with
- Service providers acting on our instructions: Google Workspace (waitlist storage and email), our hosting provider, and — after launch — our payment provider.
- AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Moonshot AI) receive the prompts and game content needed to complete a task you request. We select provider settings that do not allow them to train on your data where such settings are offered.
- Authorities, when required by law.
Some providers process data outside Indonesia. When we transfer data abroad we rely on safeguards required by the UU PDP.
4. How long we keep it
Waitlist data is kept until 24 months after public launch or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymised within 90 days after closure, except records we must keep by law.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, update, delete or receive a copy of your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Email hello@jokiblox.com; we act on access, correction and similar requests within 3 × 24 hours, as the UU PDP requires.
6. Children
Many Roblox creators are young. Users under 18 need a parent or guardian’s consent, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child gave us data without consent, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls and least-privilege access for our team. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

Kebijakan ini menjelaskan cara JokiBlox (“kami”) mengelola data pribadi di jokiblox.com dan layanan JokiBlox Agent. Kami memproses data pribadi sesuai Undang-Undang Pelindungan Data Pribadi (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022, “UU PDP”) dan peraturan lain yang berlaku.
1. Data yang kami kumpulkan
- Form waitlist: email, username Roblox, peran, pengalaman Studio, tujuan, deskripsi masalah, harapan, preferensi paket dan model, negara, sumber info, bahasa, tag kampanye (UTM), dan halaman pendaftaran.
- Setelah produk rilis: data akun, catatan tagihan (diproses penyedia pembayaran — kami tidak menyimpan nomor kartu lengkap), pemakaian token, serta file game, prompt, dan output yang kamu kirim ke Layanan.
- Data teknis: log dasar (alamat IP, browser, waktu) yang disimpan penyedia hosting untuk keamanan. Situs menyimpan pilihan bahasamu di local storage browser. Kami tidak memakai cookie iklan.
2. Tujuan penggunaan
- Mengelola waitlist, mengirim kabar peluncuran dan undangan beta, serta menerapkan diskon early-bird (dasar: persetujuanmu).
- Menentukan fitur yang dibangun duluan, memakai jawaban yang diagregasi.
- Menyediakan, mengamankan, dan mendukung Layanan serta memproses pembayaran (dasar: pelaksanaan perjanjian denganmu).
- Memenuhi kewajiban hukum, seperti catatan pajak dan akuntansi.
Kami tidak menjual data pribadimu. Kami tidak memakai file game privatmu untuk melatih model AI.
3. Dengan siapa data dibagikan
- Penyedia layanan yang bertindak atas instruksi kami: Google Workspace (penyimpanan waitlist dan email), penyedia hosting, dan — setelah rilis — penyedia pembayaran.
- Penyedia model AI (Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Moonshot AI) menerima prompt dan konten game yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan tugas yang kamu minta. Kami memilih pengaturan penyedia yang tidak mengizinkan pelatihan dengan datamu jika pengaturan tersebut tersedia.
- Otoritas berwenang, jika diwajibkan hukum.
Beberapa penyedia memproses data di luar Indonesia. Untuk transfer data ke luar negeri, kami menerapkan perlindungan yang diwajibkan UU PDP.
4. Lama penyimpanan
Data waitlist disimpan sampai 24 bulan setelah rilis publik atau sampai kamu meminta penghapusan, mana yang lebih dulu. Data akun disimpan selama akun aktif dan dihapus atau dianonimkan dalam 90 hari setelah akun ditutup, kecuali catatan yang wajib disimpan menurut hukum.
5. Hak kamu
Kamu dapat meminta akses, koreksi, pembaruan, penghapusan, atau salinan datamu, menarik persetujuan, atau keberatan atas pemrosesan. Setiap email memiliki tautan berhenti berlangganan. Email ke hello@jokiblox.com; kami menindaklanjuti permintaan akses, koreksi, dan sejenisnya dalam 3 × 24 jam sesuai UU PDP.
6. Anak-anak
Banyak kreator Roblox masih muda. Pengguna di bawah 18 tahun memerlukan persetujuan orang tua atau wali, dan kami tidak dengan sengaja mengumpulkan data anak di bawah 13 tahun. Jika kamu yakin seorang anak memberikan data tanpa persetujuan, hubungi kami dan kami akan menghapusnya.
7. Keamanan
Kami memakai HTTPS, kontrol akses, dan akses minimum untuk tim kami. Tidak ada sistem yang sepenuhnya aman; jika terjadi kebocoran yang berdampak padamu, kami akan memberi tahu kamu dan otoritas sesuai ketentuan hukum.
